We expect this transition to take place over several months. With another successful Peak Season behind us, we can now focus on dotting the Is and crossing the Ts involved in orchestrating this transition to ensure that we continue to provide the elite level of service you expect from us.
What do I need to do right now (Q2)?
As our teams prepare for your onboarding kick-off, there is one critical step you and your team can do to prepare as well. Please start thinking about appointing members of your team to lead the onboarding process from your end. We recommend a point person and 1-2 additional team members. Don’t worry, we’ll be walking alongside you and your team each step of the way! ShipMonk’s platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use – we promise you’ll absolutely love it.
What is the timeline?
